What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of Products if:

1. We accept that you have received a Product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will (at our option) replace the incorrect Product with the correct Product or credit your Credit Card/Paypal Account with a full refund;
2. We accept that the Products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will (at our option) replace the Products or credit your Credit Card/PayPal Account with a full refund;

You must pay all costs of returning Products to us. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will delivery of my order take?

We ship Australia wide. Orders are typicaly dispatched within 2-3 business days.
